Fees

Claims Handling:

 

Our charges are highly competitive and normally reflect a very small percentage of the final settlement figure agreed with insurers. The rates vary slightly depending on the size and type of claim.

We only accept instructions from clients where we believe the claim is valid, and following our representation, has a good likelihood of success. Our charges become due only when the settlement monies have been released by insurers or the Third Party and we do not charge in the unlikely circumstances where a claim is declined by insurers.

Should a client prefer,then depending on the type of claim, we are happy to discuss fees on a time basis.
